For over a decade Senior Flexonics has supplied major medical device manufacturers with metal fabricated components. We have designed and manufactured heat exchangers that effectively heat or cool blood during open heart surgery. We have also designed medical components to account for vibration, pressure compensation, thermal expansion, and other difficult to solve problems. Our ability to manufacture in a cleanroom, while utilizing pyrogen free water, has proven to be very beneficial to our medical customers. Our products are assembled directly into finished medical devices prior to the device going through sterilization.
